We've designed this Online Beginners Course as an entry into Yoga & Meditation for anyone at any stage of the journey. Whether you've been dabbling with some classes here & there or have never stepped foot on a Yoga mat, this is your opportunity to begin your Yoga Journey.

Throughout this course we will introduce you to the absolute basics of Yoga & Meditation in a simple, easy to understand format. You will be given the tools to start practicing super simple methods both in studios & at home to relax, de-stress and take back your power. You will learn all of the basic poses, a brief history of Yoga, basic Yogic philosophy, How to breathe & sit effectively & simple meditation techniques.

This course comprises of 3 Lessons. Each Lesson is equal to about 2 hours of Learning, Practicing & Reflecting.

Each lesson consists of 12-15 short & easy to digest videos, in which Aaron explains and demonstrates each part of that lesson, ending with a 1 hour full practice.

Once you have signed up & purchased the course, you will have full life-long access to the course and all the materials, including a manual that you can print off & a Facebook Group you can join. You will also have the ability to send us any questions you after each lesson and we will get back to you
