Aaron’s mission is to create a heart-centred community in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs. His driving force is to empower this community through sharing simple, effective Yoga + Meditation practice that serve them both on & off the mat.
Aaron has been Meditating for 14 years & practising Yoga daily for the past 7 years. He has devoted over 2000+ hours to studentship with some of the worlds most influential & knowledgeable Yoga teachers so that he can share with our community in the most accessible way possible.
Teaching classes, workshops, courses & retreats in his relatable and light hearted style, Aaron shares the simple yet profound practises and techniques that have transformed his life. He believes that Yoga & Meditation are an important aspect of daily life and should be accessible to everyone.

Paige Taylah
Ayurvedic Practitioner & Yoga Teacher
Co-Founder of Om Som Yoga & Ayurveda
Paige completed her first Yoga Teacher Training in 2017 and since then has furthered her studies with various Yoga Schools. She specialises in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga & Ayurvedic Yoga.
Paige is passionate about sharing Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga. She weaves traditional teachings into all of her classes so that her students can connect deeply with themselves as well as the practice.
Paige’s teaching style is slow, gentle & nourishing. She allows exploration of your own body, feelings & experiences.
Over the last few years. she has dedicated over 1200+ hours to studying the science of Ayurveda and is now a qualified practitioner. Paige is passionate about establishing a state of vibrancy, vitality and true health through the system of Ayurveda. She also offers incredibly luxurious Ayurvedic Treatment and insires other with Ayurvedic Cooking Workshops.

Lina Zarina
200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, 100 Hour Yin Training & 100 Hour Traditional Tantric Hatha Training. Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release Level 1 Practitioner.
After having a deeply healing experience in a Yin class, Lina set out on a journey of self exploration through breath and yoga. Firstly completing her yin training and then moving on to working with the breath.
She very quickly realised that her passion lays in creating space to explore breath, movement & mind from a place of comfort and stability.
In her spare time you will find Lina exploring nature in the forest or the mountains otherwise she is cooking up feast for her loved ones.
You can expect Lina’s classes to be strong, grounded & illuminating.

Soilau Amaral
200 Hour Registered Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga Teacher
Soilau is super passionate about supporting individuals as they move through life, through her career as a Special Needs Teacher and a Yoga facilitator. She loves practising and sharing Lunar Practices as they have supported her immensely throughout her life. Her classes contain simple practices that allow you to gently step out of your mind and back into your body. She creates a safe space for individuals to travel within as they explore their connection to their body and breath.
In her spare time Soilau enjoys a good boogie and creating art using different mediums. She loves painting and drawing mandalas as a way to express universal energy.

Selenna Nieva
250 Hour Registered Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga Teacher
Selenna has been a dedicated student of yoga for the better part of 10 years. A psychonaut at heart, she views meditation as the pinnacle of every practice and is a true explorer of the psyche.
She creates a safe space for students to dive deep into their greatest journey to the self, to experience that part of themselves that lies within us all, and ultimately to remember who we are and why we are here.
Selenna embraces yoga in all its entirety and weaves traditional teachings into every class, empowering students to live their best life on and off the mat.
She is passionate about travelling, personal development, holistic living and her ever-growing vegetable garden.
Yoga's promise is of self realisation, a remembering of love and Selenna is here to guide you home.

Sasha Johnson
Sasha first discovered yoga and meditation as a burned out university student around 10 years ago and found the practice completely life-changing.
Since then she has developed a deeply committed practice and now teaches as a way to share the gift of yoga with everybody.
Sasha enjoys teaching energetic solar practices to cultivate strength and stability and emphasises movement with breath. She will gently guide you as you create greater awareness in your body, mind and beyond.
Sasha is passionate about nature and loves going hiking and camping. When she's not at the studio, she's working in environmental management.

Natty Hynd
Fascinated at the body’s ability to return to homeostasis when given the chance, rest and rejuvenation is a theme for Natty’s classes.
Connection and community are fostered in our Women’s Shakti Circles that Natty holds once a month. These circles are an opportunity for women to speak freely without judgement and connect with our sisters. Honouring the cyclical nature of our bodies and using Womb Yoga to support ourselves throughout each phase of our lives.

Flavio Amaral
200 hour Registered Tantric Hatha Yoga Teacher / Reiki 1 Practitioner
Flavio envisions helping his loved ones and the wider community through Yoga and Reiki. He is thankful for the huge change it made to his life and hopes to spread self love and awareness to all.
He has a deep passion for holistic healing, as he is a qualified Reiki 1 Practitioner and will further peruse his studies as a healer.
As well a yoga teacher, Flavio has a huge love for music. Whilst producing his own he also DJ's at some of Melbourne's hot spots.
