Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a practice of Stillness, Softness, Simplicity & Surrender. Space to turn inward, rest, restore & heal on all levels. This is modern Yin through the lens of the Yoga tradition. An exploration of the limitless potential that exists within the inner landscapes of your being.
In a typical Yin Yoga class, it is common to explore poses for anywhere up to 5-10+ minutes. These are practised in a passive way, with the entire body relaxed. A space to explore the deeper, denser tissues of our physical body & release tension from the source.
Through the use of completely relaxed & effortless Asana (poses), Pranayama (Breath) & Meditation each practitioner has an opportunity to explore & discover new spaces within their physical, energetic & mental bodies in a safe, supportive environment. Yin is designed to leave you feeling a sense of calm, tranquillity & balance.

Kirtan
Kirtan is a practice of Bhakti Yoga, the Yoga of Devotion. We clear the path toward the heart by chanting Mantras shared from the tradition of Yoga, each one holding an energy that is unique to its own.
These mantras have been chanted for Millenia by Sages, Saints, Sinners, Devotees and the great primordial Yogic alchemists of old. And as we sing, our souls dance with the spirits of the millions of people across the centuries who have sung the same songs & cried the same tears. As we sing we immerse ourselves in an endless river of prayer that has been flowing since the birth of the first human beings, longing to know their creator.
Kirtan is for all people. There are no masters, no experts, no teachers, no advanced students, no beginners. The practice itself is the teacher, guiding us to ourselves. We invite anyone who feels called to join us in Connection & Devotion.
If you are weary of singing out loud, don't worry, most people are. This is a safe space for expression, a space for you to be heard.
