What is dharmic alignment?
The Yoga tradition says that ALL disease & suffering stems from a single source: falling out of alignment with our true nature. Dharma is the natural flow of your life and in essence it’s what gives your life meaning & purpose.
In order for us to truely thrive in life, it is imperative that we fall into Dharmic alignment. We call this alignment Svastha, which means to be firmly grounded or established in who you are. In essence Svastha is the memory of perfect health that lives within your very cells. The more we ground into who we truely are, the more access we have to our inner radiance, vitality & strength.
The bulk of my work as a Yoga teacher is helping people find meaning in their life. We do this through a structured process of introspection & self reflection paired with daily meditation practice.
Usually this process would unfold during a teacher training, but recently I’ve been working with people 1-1 & it is SO much more potent. The general consensus from everyone that I’ve introduced to this work is that it’s life changing.
