8 week meditation course

Join Aaron Petty for a simple, accessible introduction course into Meditation.

This course is 100% online and is designed to be taken over an 8 week period.

This will provide an opportunity to integrate the techniques, practices and tools you learn into your everyday life.

Our aim is to make Meditation accessible to everyone, it doesn’t matter if you have an over-active mind, if you have never meditated in your life or if you can’t sit on the floor. Everyone will be accommodated for you and you will learn a very simple practice that you will be able to practice at home, on your own for potentially the rest of your life.

Over the course of the 8 weeks we will explore:

  • How to Breathe

  • Sandbag Breathing

  • Preparation for Meditation Practice (Physical Postures & Movement)

  • Pranic Sensitivity (Awareness of Energy)

  • Nadi Shodhana & Sohum Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)

  • Aharana & Samikarana Pranayama (Breathing Techniques

  • Creating union of mind and breath

  • Simple Meditation Techniques

  • Spanda & The Depth of Meditation

  • What is Meditation

  • Experiencing Vishoka

  • Establishing daily practice

Each session consists of 30 minutes of discussions paired with 30-45 minutes of practice.

Once you have signed up & purchased the course, you will have full life-long access to the course and all the materials.

You will also have the ability to send us any questions you after each lesson and we will get back to you
